My name is Annamarie Maki and I love telling stories through photographs. I have enjoyed doing so since I was a child when I would take my dad's old Canon SLR and go explore the world through the lens. Now that I have become a mother I realize, even more, how important it is to capture those special times that make up the richness of our lives and cherish them forever.
The Maki Photography Difference...
At Maki Photography our goal is to capture your special moments, not try to sell you individual photographs or complicated picture packages. We believe the pictures that are taken on our day together are yours and you should have them. We simply charge you a flat rate for the photo session and the pictures we take are yours. A few days after our session, we will send you a disk with all your pictures and you can print off as many pictures, in as many sizes as you would like, whenever you would like! Now you'll finally have enough pictures for grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins and family friends!
Casual Shots, Poses and Photo Effects
Maki Photography specializes in fun, casual shots, taken while everyone is being themselves. However, we can certainly make time to take a posed shot or two as well.
I may touch up some the pictures, perhaps do some cropping, or make a picture black and white, but I do not believe in altering pictures too much. You will get a disk of your photos that tell the story of your special day.
